The insurance models offered by Agrisano are not only incorrectly described but also involve hidden costs (e.g. AgriSMART). Moreover, I have never encountered such incompetent and unfriendly staff at an insurance company as here. Absolutely NOT recommended, hands off!
I have already sent a message to have my mother's incorrect date of birth corrected, but without receiving a reply or confirmation of receipt. It is therefore better to switch to a more customer-friendly health insurance company.

I always receive good advice and the processing of benefit statements is always quick and satisfactory. The premiums are very favourable and the quality doesn't suffer, in fact it's great. I like being here and feel that I have excellent insurance. Even telephone enquiries are answered in the best possible way or you are called back until the clarifications have been completed.
