I had a very good advisor called Fidel Degirmenci. He was very patient with me and explained everything to me very well. I have had many advisors, but I have not received nearly as professional and competent advice as I did from Mr Fidel. A very great person. Thank you very much!

A health insurance company that makes you wonder why you didn't switch a long time ago.... This institution works in a very non-transparent way, you can't speak directly to the responsible department, but have to write emails to which there is no response for months. Then you are put off with some unclear statements...

Personal advice was and is always flawless. Very understandable and competent. You are understood and served accordingly.

Mrs Pejovic is a role model as a consultant. Absoulut 1A service, was very well explained from A to Z. Definitely not my last insurance with Mrs Pejovic. Gladly again!!!:)

Very unfriendly and disorganised

Not recommendable. Bills are simply sent on even though you have cancelled within the deadline. Already 2 cases in the family.

You can wait at least 15-20 minutes on the phone and only then does someone answer who doesn't want to work for this health insurance company anyway. God save us if they ever have to pay anything! People, I really advise you not to take out insurance with them. I hate this health insurance company more than anything.

Mr M. Tahiri is a very friendly customer advisor. He endeavours to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that you can go home satisfied without any problems. I have never been as satisfied with a consultation as I am today.

The consultant was very friendly and my wishes were realised quickly. I would recommend them.

Very bad. This company refuses to cover the costs of treatments even though they are included in the benefits catalogue. I never received an answer. They turned me away. Almost never reachable by phone, I never got a reply to an email or letter. (although they said they couldn't give me an answer over the phone, I would have to write to them)
