Worst insurance ever. I've never experienced such chaos with bills and reminders anywhere else. It's better to choose another health insurance company and pay a few francs more - it's definitely worth it ;-)

i had assura for a few years, i cancelled because there was a cheaper one for me. after submitting the medical bills, they always transferred the money quickly, and the communication was oky. it makes sense to find out beforehand what they cover and to know that bills have to be paid in advance. my conclusion about the kk is a good one, i can recommend them

Absolutely terrible. Stay away. They don't even reply to this email address. They billed me incorrectly, then sent a debt collection notice and didn't even apologise. Their customer portal doesn't work properly.

I've been insured with Assura for around 28 years and have never had any problems. The e-login has finally been revised and is clear and self-explanatory. The prices are very favourable and, thanks to tier garant, the insured person is obliged to pay in advance first. In some cases, however, it is now even possible to pay tier payant. The information provided over the phone is always competent and pleasant in tone. Assura has never tried to "talk me into" anything and is perhaps a little stricter when it comes to implementing the favourable prices. All-in-all is a great solution for young people who incur almost no annual costs and are looking for a low-cost insurer with a high deductible. I think Assura is on the right track and has improved a lot in all areas.

I do not recommend Assura health insurance. I've been calling every week since July to have my premium invoice sent to my home and I'm still waiting for it today. Nobody answers the emails and the app doesn't work on my phone!!! The only way is to go to the ombudsman's office and change health insurer.

I'm still waiting for the correct breakdown of my 2022 treatment costs. Invoices, including reminders, continue to arrive online, even though I've paid everything. A disaster on the phone: 30 minutes on hold and no help. In my opinion, Assura is not to be recommended. I will switch.

Very bad insurance. Some of the benefits are not paid or are paid very late. You can't reach them by phone, even after a 15-minute wait nobody answers. No email address. They sometimes refuse services even though the GP made the referral. I do not recommend this insurance at all.

Please stay away from this insurance company! When signing the contract, so much is not said and even concealed, which becomes problems over time! And completely unfriendly, incompetent staff! And that in addition to the 20 minutes waiting time on the phone which is also normal with Assura.
