Competent advice. Sympany health insurance is in the good mid-range for basic insurance, and benefits are settled quickly if you fall ill. As well as good supplementary insurance, the fairest offer and a good price-performance ratio.

My experience with Sympany was extremely disappointing. Customer support proved to be incompetent and rude. It often seemed that the advisors favoured their own views rather than adhering to the established guidelines.

Our whole family is insured with Sympany. We are very satisfied with the benefits - and I particularly like the contact and the quick response to customer concerns. My advisor is always available - while I'm used to always ending up in call centres, I like the contact with permanent advisors at Sympany. We are never really ill and hardly ever need the insurance - but we think the additional benefits are great. Easy contact - quick response - especially practical: the app!

Sympany health insurance is clearly one of the best health insurers in Switzerland. They have top prices for really very good benefits. For example, they offer free entry to the swimming pool, up to CHF 300 for sport and fitness. Dental insurance and braces very good benefits, alternative medicine. very fast and uncomplained service. Invoices are paid back within 10-14 days. you never have to pay anything in advance. Simply brilliant

Watch out! One star is still too many! Premiums paid are used for additional administration fees that do not comply with the contract and are then invoiced again as missing premiums.
