Very nice, but Generali is digitally stuck in the last century, what a shame.

Been waiting over 4 months for my credit. Phoned several times and NEVER received a call back. Phone calls are simply not processed. After 14 minutes on hold and that several times, I was put off again for a callback which was never made. Absolute mega stress. Emails are not answered either.

In response to an enquiry via the online form, I was spit off with standard answers and excuses. Specific queries were not answered at all. The payment methods are from the Stone Age (direct debit and outdated ISR without QR code). Contemporary or future-oriented looks very different!

I recommend Generali to everyone, they are very nice to customers. They value their customers. I am glad that I have Generali, I am sure that I am at the right address. Thanks to Generali employees and personally to Mrs Veronica Perfetto.

As long as you pay premiums you are a customer...if there is a claim, the clerk becomes a judge with an insurance contract...no, you don't need something like that and you shouldn't do it to yourself...ridiculously sad experience

The Generali policyholder caused the accident. He was clearly at fault. Generali just tried to get rid of us. Only when we threatened to call a lawyer was the absolute minimum paid. The claim handler was cheeky on the phone! If you have to deal with Generali, you should definitely seek legal advice! Fairness and decency are foreign words at Generali. I would be ashamed to work for such an insurance company....
