I don't know why the Dielsdorf agency was responsible for me. However, I can say that the staff are very unfriendly and not at all helpful - what a pity! Once furniture and never again sorry! It would be good if every employee was trained in the same way and gave out the same information.

We had a case of damage. Nothing dramatic, a few hundred francs in handling costs, but still annoying. I reported the matter to Mobiliar in Dielsdorf and was amazed at how quickly and easily the case was handled. One to two days later, the reimbursement had already arrived in my account. That's what I call perfect customer service! Thank you very much!
