Very dissatisfied..., you are consoled that you will be called back and emails are not answered at all. Now almost 1 month just trying to get the right person on the phone.
During the application process I had to deal with a number of administrations and Helvetia remains a particularly negative memory: telephones are not answered, e-mails are not answered and in general you are repeatedly put off for weeks. You can expect a minimum level of customer service from a large insurance company; not only towards its policyholders, but also towards (potential) tenants.

I only had to claim an insurance benefit once. At first I was referred by phone rather brusquely, but then it worked out. However, the so-called advisors are very annoying and you are occasionally ambushed on the phone and told to attend some kind of counselling appointment.
The counselling was open and transparent. When I had a problem with my car, I was advised immediately and the problem was quickly resolved.

They simply ignore my emails regarding cancellation. Customer advisor doesn't call me back after several attempts to contact me and owes me money!

Service still just satisfactory, but support from the customer advisor under all sow! Insurance companies are a dime a dozen, so let's get out of here and switch to another insurance company, at least then I won't have to deal with the incompetent and unfriendly customer advisor.
